This month long course will provide you with daily guidance to help you rewild, rejuvenate and reset! This course is easy to follow and yet very effective.

Rewild yourself with a daily practice that we will build throughout the month. Rejuvenate your body and spirit with a combination of a cleansing diet, wild foods, wild plant remedies and much much more. Reset yourself and step into summer with sparkling eyes, a renewed zest for life and a deeper connection to wild.
This month long course has been created to encourage you on your personal rewilding journey, to rejuvenate your health and wellbeing, and to reset your life, ready for summer. 

The course is delivered in 31 daily lessons throughout the month of May, which include a mixture of written material, mp3 files and short films, with a weekly group Zoom (5 in total) for reflection, discussion, community building and Q&A.

In just 4 weeks you will:

  • Personal rewilding practices that you will build as you work through the course.

Rejuvenate:

  • Guidelines for a cleansing diet.
  • Wild foods to eat.
  • Wild medicine remedies, recipes and recommendations.
  • Self-massage sequences to follow.
  • Breathing exercises.
  • Short Qigong sequences to follow.
  • Herbal bathing, steaming & skin brushing.

Reset:

  • Reframing yourself in respect to Gaia.
  • Growing & sprouting live foods.
  • Self-love.
  • Giving your friendly bacteria a helping hand.
  • Wild sit outs.
  • A medicine walk.

And much more, all within a community setting for support and encouragement along the way.

What Is My Time Commitment?

It will take you approximately 10 minutes to read through, listen to, or watch each daily lesson. It will then take up to an hour to follow the practices each day*. In addition there is the weekly Zoom meeting which will run from 1930-2030 (BST) every Wednesday evening throughout May.

*Towards the end of the month two of the days have recommendations in their lessons that will take more time. One of them will take a couple of hours to complete, the other may last up to a full day.

All lessons are voluntary, if you miss a lesson you can always catch up later as and when you have a chance. But be aware that you only get out what you put in, I cannot do it for you. To get the most from this month long course it is recommended that you set aside an hour each day for the month of May to enable yourself to thoroughly rewild, rejuvenate and reset!

What's Included?

For just £4 a day throughout the month of May, you will receive:

  • a daily lesson (31 in total), filled with information presented either as written material, a short film, an audio recording or a combination of these three formats.
  • On hand guidance throughout - I will be available to comment, answer questions and guide you - in response to any comments you make or questions you ask in the lesson comments box.
  • A weekly Zoom session where I will further address any questions, comments and queries, which can also be discussed among the group. The Zoom session is also an opportunity to share your experiences and be witnessed and heard by your support group.

This month long programme will guide you on a detox and cleanse of your body, that is the baseline and starting point. As your body begins to release old stored up toxins, everything will begin to flow in your life. You will feel younger, more flexible, clearer, energised and refreshed. You will open up with new space and energy to invite new experiences into your life.

You will be guided throughout the process and as you are presented each day with another bite sized chunk, nothing will be overwhelming or too much to take on. This is a more day by day, step by step approach that makes the whole experience easy to follow and achievable, with great results.

This course is designed to help you get in touch with your body, with the land that you live upon and the plants and creatures that you live amongst. Through following the daily recommendations and exercises you will find that you go beyond spending time outside observing more-than-human nature, instead it is time outside becoming wild nature and remembering your wilder self.

At the same time that your body is gently cleansing out toxins, you are presented with a variety of different ways to help encourage emotional and energetic detoxification. When you add all of this together you find the space for a personal reset. A reset of habits, patterns and the clarity to move forward refreshed and rejuvenated.

Any of the individual elements that do not involve seasonal plants can be continued after the end of this e-course and be combined into your daily routines long into the future.

Do not join this course if...

...you are actively trying to get pregnant, currently pregnant or breastfeeding, as it involves adopting a cleansing diet and the use of cleansing herbal remedies. During any cleanse toxins that are cleared may pass through your body to your infant. 

If you discover that you are pregnant during the cleanse you can continue with the rewilding practices and small quantities of wild foods but it is best for your baby that you refrain from continuing with the cleansing diet and any of the cleansing herbal recipes. Better safe than risk damage to your unborn child.
