It is a dedicated 28 days, working with a specific intention that you have personally generated.
Your intention could be anything from wishing to know more about a certain plant, wanting to develop your plant whispering skills, or something more personal - an issue you are seeking help with, for example.
Once your intention is set, I guide you on how to find the right plant to help, unless you are already clear on which plant is calling, which plant you are wanting to learn from.
Each day of the intensive you set aside time to focus on the plant, while keeping your intention in mind. I will share tools and techniques to ease the process and help you understand the language of the plant you are working with.
It is recommended to keep a journal throughout, so that you can keep tracking the wisdom that you are receiving.
Throughout the process, I will be there alongside you, encouraging, witnessing, guiding.
There will be weekly calls throughout, one at the end of each week (4 in total).
The process will complete with an integration call two weeks after the 28 day intensive has come to a close.
I have been working with plants myself in this way since 2020 and have been hosting group plant work, in this format, since 2022. I originally called it dieting and now I refer to it as feasting, due to the rich and nourishing nature of this intensive plant work.
Having seen in others, and experienced for myself, the incredible shifts in people's perceptions, in their understanding of themselves, their place in the world and how this work assists people move through decades old trauma and blocks, I began wondering, about offering it on a 1-2-1 basis. Subsequently, I have guided several people in this way as they work solo with a plant, the results have been profound. After a final test with volunterrs this early summer (2025), I am ready to invite you to experience it for yourself. And so here we are...

An initial obligation free call (up to 45 minutes) to fully understand the process and whether it is for you at this time.
The initial call will also include guidance on intention setting and choosing a plant.
A weekly Zoom call of up to 1 hour in duration each week of the 28 day process (4 in total).
A final follow up call, two weeks after the 28 day period has completed, to work on integration and going forward.
In a nutshell this is 6 calls in total, plus all the guidance, witnessing and support from me, to assist you in your inter-dimensional voyage with the plant spirit, who steps forward to work with you...
Your initial call is totally free. You pay nothing if you decide not to proceed.
On opting to proceed you will have a choice whether to pay £250 as a one off fee, or to split the payment.
Split payment will be £70 payable each week of the intensive (£280 in total).
Once you decide to go ahead I will give you the payment details and you choose how you would like to pay (in full or split).
This is a beautiful way to work directly with plant and Earth wisdom, to uncover core truth.
My deep connections and many years experience often mean I can understand a subtle communication that you could miss were you undertaking the process alone.
As an experienced plant spirit medicine and sacred plant medicine practitioner, I can witness and reflect back your process, helping you unpick the nuances of your communications with the plant.
