Move away from using endangered & imported White Sage & Palo Santo for smudging, and join me for a day of discovering the delightful and cleansing properties of smudging plants that are grown locally
Would you like to work instead with local wild, or garden, plants but don't know where to start? Then this day is for you!
We will:
discuss the practice of smudging, the where, how, why and when.
take a moment to drop into deep presence, before exploring a number of different plants as they smoulder.
notice the plants effects upon you as you drop into the knowing and dreaming of that plant being.
make smudge sticks to take away and use.
take it deeper as the afternoon unfolds, with the inhalation of deeply revered, consciousness altering plants - seeing the depths of where a smouldering plant can lead.
deepen your relationships with locally growing plant kin.
move away from using imported and endangered plants as smudge.
forage locally and gather your own smudging products.
work with deep respect for, and direct communication with, your local plant kin.
become more sensitive to your personal body response, to plant medicine.
explore dimensions that are unlocked, as plants release spirit medicine through their smoke.

A beautiful, warm, yurt with incredible views over the Slad valley, just outside of Stroud, Gloucestershire.
A full day of exploration with these incredible plant-beings.
All materials for smudge stick making.
Hot drinks & refreshments.
An intimate connection, with just 10 participants, in a cosy yurt with a wonderful view.
Please bring a packed lunch, as there is no food provided, beyond a few snacks.
