This is an invitation to be in presence with Mugwort, an invitation to be together in relationship, in reverence, with this multidimensional being. Enter this held, and deeply magical, space and journey to the heart of the world with Mugwort. Bring no expectations of what that is or feels like. Just be ready to know nothing and everything in the same instant. Over and over, and over, again.
For 5 days we gather an intimate group in 'Stalden' by Skarresø Forest, in the countryside, one hour from Copenhagen. On entering the cauldron with Mugwort, there can be no set piece, no precise plan. More this is an opening to where Mugwort chooses to take us. You can however expect to receive, deep Mugwort meditations and shamanic journey; cleansing ceremony and ritual; guidance on your personal journey directly from Mugwort; Mugwort initiation rites. This promises to be a very unhurried space, with plenty of time just to be with this wise and generous plant-being.

The Container:
Five days luxuriating in the presence and consciousness of Mugwort, in a space held by Rachel Corby & Kaya Lykke Nørskov.
Our time together will be spent on the land and in the Skarresø Forest, close to Jyderup, Denmark.
There will be an inside space, warmed by a wood burning stove within which to gather, in case of rain.
In the evening we will sit in community under the stars, in the glow of a fire.
Stay in a tent in the garden or forest, alongside Mugwort (please bring your own camping equipment), or sleep inside, in a dorm.
All meals are provided and will be simple, to make space for Mugwort in our bodies.
Our intimate group will number only 11, alongside Kaya and Rachel.
Kaya’s longing to be guided by indigenous animistic elders lead her to Peru, were she eventually lived, apprenticed and taught . When she moved back to Denmark in 2023, Mugwort was one of the beings, urging her to return to her homeland and start apprenticing directly with the plants of her ancestral lands. Ever since Mugwort continues to guide her deeper and deeper into the devotion of loving and serving the Earth.
Rachel was initiated into the lore of Mugwort, twenty years ago, and has served Mugwort ever since. Mugwort has shaped her life, urging her to write about, and guide others in, the art of plant whispering. She holds regular Mugwort ceremonies, and once each year offers Mugwort initiation rites. Rachel lives in Stroud, England, a valley rich with wild plants and wild water.

In return for your investment, you will receive:

Your balance will be payable on arrival at the venue.

5 days of exploration and relationship building with the magical being, Mugwort.
There are various cautions and contraindications to taking Mugwort internally. These include during pregnancy; whilst breastfeeding; if suffering uterine inflammation or pelvic infection; or if you have a sensitivity to the asteraceae family.
If one of these describes you in this moment, you can still come along to the intiation, but do please let us know in advance, so that we can work with sensitivity and consciousness of your needs.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you do need to cancel your place before we meet, do reach out. If we can fill your place from the waiting list, we can give you a deposit refund less a £30 admin fee.
Once the balance is paid and you are on site, all monies paid are non-refundable.
