Both are native, indigenous, plants, abundant in both meadow and along hedgerow. One a conscious dreamer, a deep sleep bringer, a nerve easer, a parasite expeller, a uterine tonifier, a menopausal mediator; underneath all else, a tenacious gatekeeper and enduring companion. One a powerful styptich, an exceptional immune-boost, a tonic for the digestive tract, a soother and regulator of menstruation, a protection for issues cardio-vascular; on every level a generous provider of battlefield first aid.

• 1000-1600, arriving a little before 10am, so that you have time to land before we begin.

• A beautiful, warm, yurt with incredible views over the Slad valley, just outside of Stroud, Gloucestershire.
